SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY
- We dispatch the products within 10-12 days as these are Made to order.
- We do accept returns if the Customer is dissatisfied with the Garment. You may return, exchange damaged/size-mismatch goods. The return process must be initiated within 3 days of the date of the delivery.
- You can choose between a refund or a credit note on full priced items.
- Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
- Jewelry cannot be returned.
- Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- In case of refunds, a nominal amount will be deducted based on the location and the Size of the packet.
