SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All placed orders are catered to by safe and reliable courier companies of repute.
We offer safe and secure payments via credit, debit and internet banking options for Visa and MasterCard holders. In addition, we offer cash on delivery, which requires an additional COD charge of Rs. 100 because reconciliation with courier companies takes effort. If you choose to use this payment method. The product once ordered and confirmed for is final; COD products cannot be tried or returned at the point of delivery.
ORDER CONFIRMATION AND SHIPPING
We will send an email confirming your order and may contact you to confirm this before shipping the products. To track your order please click ‘track order’ button on the footer and track order by entering your order details. The order ID will be shared with you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you will receiving after you have placed the order.
We make all efforts to ship our pieces to you within the time of shipping mentioned on the product pages. However, certain customizations might take longer and will be communicated at the time of the order. These delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services.
Deliveries at Areas not Under coverage
Though we use some of India’s largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach. In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to find an alternative solution to make your pieces reach you. EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Each Ekanya product is a labour of love, honesty and hard work – from the selection of the fabric in the case of apparels to the conceptualization of a jewelry piece, each product undergoes a unique journey before it reaches you to become uniquely yours.
At Ekanya, we have a 3 day-return policy. You may return, exchange damaged/size-mismatch goods once the order has undergone a quality check by our team. The return process must be initiated within 3 days of the date of the delivery. The cost of the reverse delivery charges in case of damaged or any other reason will have to be borne by the customer. No exchanged product will be exchanged a second time. All products on sale are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
In case of a size mismatch, Ekanya will make every effort to alter the product to the specifications made at the time of the order. To return, exchange damaged/size mismatch goods, write to us at email@example.com within 3 days of the delivery.
All products under Jewelry are not eligible for return.
